When people think about creating a great workplace, they usually think about things like good pay, flexible schedules, benefits, or company events. And while those things definitely matter, sometimes it’s the small conveniences that employees appreciate the most.
I started vending in February 2020. Yeah… right before the world shut down. Fast forward to now, and I have 11 machines running across 6 locations. Vending has become a real part of my life — not just a side hustle I dabble in.
